A typical Jerson Fitness Bootcamp session is comprised of a warm up, stretching, calisthenics, circuit training, resistance training, plyometrics agility training, abdominal and core strength, running (hills, stairs, sprints, track drills etc.) and cool down stretching.

 

Participants should expect to build muscle tone, strength and condition. Burn fat and increase aerobic endurance. Develop core strength and stability. Become more athletic and flexible. So take the challenge and have some fun. You will make new friends and turn your body into

a fat burning machine!


Drop in Fee is $15 Per Session

10 Sessions - $125 ($12.50 per class)

20 Sessions - $200 ($10.00 per class)
