Jerson and I met in June 2007. I had ruptured my ACL and let my fitness slide. I was scared of re-injury. I also had gained 30 pounds. Jerson
listened carefully to my goals. After
training twice a week for one year, I felt very fit and strong.
I had already lost some weight, and Jerson helped me with diet and
nutrition. By September 2008 I had lost those 30 pounds. I WENT FROM SIZE 16 TO SIZE 8.
Jerson challenges me with exercises I wouldn’t attempt alone; he knows my
limits better than I do. He mixes it up for a new workout every
