Are you bored of your normal workout routine? I’m  here to spice up your fitness program with a series of  exciting and dynamic classes that can cure any fitness plateau. I will help you fall in love with fitness all over again. By combining a variety of techniques and styles to fit all fitness levels. Come Give it a try!


A typical Jerson Fitness Bootcamp session is comprised of a warm up, stretching, calisthenics, circuit training, resistance training, plyometrics agility training, abdominal and core strength, running (hills, stairs, sprints etc.) and cool down stretching


Participants should expect to build muscle tone, strength and condition. Burn fat and increase aerobic endurance. Develop core strength and stability. Become more athletic and flexible. So take the challenge and have some fun. You will make new friends and turn your body into a fat burning machine!
