“THE RESULTS ARE INCREDIBLE”
I LOVE Jerson!
When I started working out with Jerson I was a gym newbie. I had always run and taken yoga and Pilates classes to stay fit and keep my weight down. After my second child was born I knew I needed to step it up and do something different to get my body back to where it should be.
I started working out with Jerson two years ago in his Hard Body class. I was one of the first people to join his class and commit to coming on a regular basis. Mind you, I had barely done a squat, lunge, or bicep curl in my whole life, let alone do a push up. In fact, Jerson had to demonstrate what a burpee was for me.
After the first week, despite the intense pain, I was hooked. I could feel and see my body transforming before my eyes. My arms had muscles I never knew existed, and my legs and butt were much tighter than I thought possible.
I stuck with Jerson and committed to three days a week. The results are incredible. I not only look different, but I feel amazing. I have much more energy than I did before, and I am stronger than ever. I can honestly say, my upper body is stronger than it was in high school when I was a track and cross country athlete. I can also do as many push ups as he dishes out, and am pretty solid on burpees as well.
Jerson has a way to make every work out fun. Just at the moment when I think I might die he changes it up he he switches to something new. No two workouts are the same and the pace is always energetic and upbeat. It is a true testament that I come back again and again and have done so for more than two years.
I have become so hooked that I now work out with Jerson 5 days a week most weeks. His style is truly addicting, and I can’t imagine any other type of workout that would give me the same results in as little time. – Annie Riedel
